Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, digital products, applications, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools offered by Sikasio (“Sikasio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a digital product company based in Cairo, Egypt. By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.

Who We Are

Sikasio designs and builds its own digital products and online services — including web applications and SaaS tools we publish. These Terms apply across all Sikasio products unless a specific product presents its own additional terms, in which case those apply to that product in addition to these.

Our Products & Services

Our products are digital software and online services delivered over the internet. Because they are digital, access is typically granted immediately and there is nothing physical to ship. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time to improve our products.

Accounts & Acceptable Use

Some products require an account, which you may create directly or through a third-party sign-in provider. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use our products lawfully and not to misuse them — for example, by attempting to breach security, reverse engineer or resell the software, disrupt the service, infringe others’ rights, or use the products to create unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.

Purchases & Payments

Certain features and content are paid. Paid products are offered either as one-time purchases or as subscriptions, as described at the point of sale. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means the provider handles the billing transaction, collects payment, and manages applicable sales tax and VAT. Your purchase is also subject to the payment provider’s buyer terms presented during checkout.

Prices may be displayed in US dollars (USD) and may be converted or shown in your local currency at checkout. One-time purchases are charged once and do not create a recurring charge. Subscriptions renew on a recurring basis until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time.

Intellectual Property

Sikasio (and its licensors) own all rights in our products, software, brand, designs, and content. Subject to these Terms and any applicable purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our products for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our software or content except as expressly permitted. Any content you submit to a product remains yours, but you grant us the rights necessary to operate and provide the product to you.

Disclaimers

Our products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sikasio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) our products. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our products evolve or as legal requirements change. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our products after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
