When you contact us — by email, WhatsApp, or by sending us a project enquiry — we receive the information you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss your project.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may process basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver the site securely and to protect against abuse. We do not use advertising cookies, ad identifiers, or third-party tracking scripts on our website.

Sikasio operates internal tools that can publish content to third-party accounts or pages that we are authorized to manage. When an authorized administrator connects such an account through these tools, the provider asks them to grant permission, and we receive an access token together with the identifier of the account, profile, or organization they choose to connect.

We store the access token and that identifier solely to publish the content that the connected account's own team creates or schedules. We access provider data only to the extent needed to provide this functionality, and only in accordance with that provider's applicable API terms. We do not post without a deliberate action by an authorized user, we do not read private messages or unrelated profile data, and we do not sell this data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

You can disconnect a connected account at any time, which revokes our stored token. You may also revoke access directly from that account's own settings with the provider.

We use the information we collect to respond to enquiries and provide our services, to publish content to social accounts that have been connected and authorized, to operate and secure our website and tools, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

We rely on a small number of service providers to run our website and tools — for example, our hosting and content-delivery provider, and any third-party providers whose APIs we integrate with at your request. These providers process data on our behalf, or as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. We share information with them only as needed to provide the relevant functionality, and each such provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business records, and then delete it. Access tokens and connected-account identifiers are retained only while the connection is active; when an account is disconnected or its token is revoked, we delete the stored credentials.

Data in transit is protected with HTTPS. Access tokens and other credentials are stored as server-side secrets with restricted access, never in public code. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR and CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email info@sikasio.com with the subject line "Privacy".

Our website and services are intended for businesses and professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our website and products evolve. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
